I referred Jason Savoy and I never got my referral bonus add to my rent.
There is no record or mention of a resident referral from Mr. Savoy. The referring resident must be mentioned during the tour or the application process in order to be paid out. If you have any more questions, please contact the office. Thank you.

The apartment itself was very nice. It was not extremely fancy, it was rather basic, but modern. The counter tops were formica like material, the tiles on the floors where they were tiled appeared to be linoleum. The basic apartment came with white appliances, if you wanted black you had to pay $30 more.

Too expensive to live here. Too many rules that I find are not appropriate or needed. Since previous employees have be gone I feel this community has gone downhill.

I would always recommend this apartment and thats why I referred a friend however the only downside is the high increase in rent.

The community was very pleasant. It was up to date, the building communities were new and the park-like setting was delightful. Although, I found the fitness room not fully equipped with machines taking the size of the community and people in it. The pool area was also too small for the size of the community. No dry cleaning was discussed and the office sign should be more visible - perhaps in darker color and closer to the street so that the cars can see it better. Overall, my tour was great. The apartment/model was a nice size and well designed, although not upgraded. My visit today a positive one.

The staff was friendly and personable. The upkeep was very impressive. The apartments were spacious and attractive. The rent seemed fair.

The community had a very professional appeal to it. The grounds were clean and neat in appearance and contained a playground, swimming pool, basketball court and fitness center.
