Can't think of a single friend I dislike enough to recommend this place to when there are countless other options to choose from. Literally just talked to a friend the other day and told him what a mistake I made choosing this place over 365 Nicollet.

I would recommend the building for the units themselves, but it definitely sways to a party crowd which is odd.

FIX THE PARKING. START TOWING PEOPLE. I love living here and I would recommend it because of the great views and amenities. JUST PLEASE START TOWING PEOPLE.

Parking availability, seems like a lot of the tenants complain about the dogs even though it is a dog friendly building. I think the walking garden on the 3rd floor is a waste of space.

The pricing for the units are a little high and the building is starting to wear down. The cleaning of the hallways and other services have been lacking and a lot of the pillows and furniture are starting to look used and stained.
