I enjoy living here, but the cost is not for everyone.

Until this year the community has been quiet, safe, clean and orderly with great amenities.

This year however most of the aforementioned areas have take a 180 degree turn.

The only complaint I have is the garage is filthy. Understood that it is a challenge in winter, but aiya. All of that dirt gets dragged into the building.

would not - rules are not adhered to by other residents, and Nordhaus does not enforce those rules to make it a communal and better space to live

Nordhaus is a beautiful building with great amenities, the leasing office/staff (except front desk staff) are fantastic and go the extra mile. So there's a lot to be said for living there.

If things were open, then I would for sure. I do think the price is a bit high, but it is a beautiful property in a fun location.

I would recommend Nordhaus, and neighboring buildings such as Odin to friends who are looking for a luxury high-rise experience. I would make sure to note that the hours of the amenity deck are quite limited, which I personally view as a detriment especially when we pay for the upkeep and use as an extension of the living space.

The apartment building is well maintained and clean. It has nice amenities and appliances. Common areas are small and is pricey.
