I probably would’ve a year ago, but at this point I probably wouldn’t. The amenities are okay, but at this point with how much Nordhaus continues to raise rent year after, it’s becoming less and less worth it.

As I mentioned above, there are a lot of positives about living at NordHaus, including the amenities, location, and layout of the units. It’s a really nice building overall, too. However if I am trying to make an honest recommendation to someone, then I will need to mention that if they are easily bothered by noise from other units, then this may not be the best place for them, or they may want to consider a top floor unit.

I would recommend the building because of how great the staff is, how clean and nice the building is and how quiet the high ride is. Everything is thought out very well, and residents are great people.

It's increasingly expensive living in Northeast, due to a variety of economic factors. Other than that, Nordhaus is a lovely place to be!

The location, amenities, service personnel, community events and features of the apartments (appliances, large windows, solid surface flooring) are all desirable.

Not maintained. Concierges and office staff have zero emotional intelligence make you feel like a stranger in the Nordhaus.

Great apartment, leasing/office staff, and maintenance personnel. I would definitely recommend this apartment as long as they are able to find a reasonable rental rate.

The overall experience has changed in the last year. Pool area is not managed well and we have unruly neighbors. Garage doesn’t seem to be supervised. Windows are not washed until very late in summer.

I believe with the cost of rent, this place should offer more. The challenge I would put out is "how can you make it feel worth the value when the amenity deck isn't usable for X months a year?" Where does the premium value come in from October-May? I'm not sure I feel it, but my wallet does.
