If I was a real customer, I would have leased the apartment because I liked the floor plans, amenities, price, and location. The staff was very nice and professional. I felt welcome in touring this community.

I love the convenience of living next to the light rail. I love working the sky room or in the common areas.

The parking situation is a bit of a mess and building C really has no amenities. The zen garden is essentially a glorified bus stop.

Parking is a bit if concern for guests. The gym is nice but it doesn't seem to be maintained that well since some of the machines need bolts tightened up.

Most of my friends could not afford to live here. They do not think it is "luxury" and do not want to live in an industrial area w/o a grocery nearby.

Nothing special for the rent that other new sites were offering too. Staff needed to be "special" and differentiate themselves from the competition.

The property was amazing. They had a zen garden, a dog washing station, like professional grade stuff, free personal trainers, dry cleaning pick-up, and so much more. The staff was super friendly and I would love to call this place home.
