MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THE HOURS FOR COMMON AREAS AND THE FACT WE DONT HAVE CAMERAS AT THE GARAGE EVEN AFTER SOME CARS WERED BROKEN IN.

That community offered a very convenient location. The easy light rail and freeway access means you can get anywhere, faster. The light rail lobby offered a place to get some coffee inside while waiting for the train. It was a wonderful feature for working professionals. The common areas were lovely. The fitness center was well appointed and available 24 hours. The leasing staff were friendly and personable.

In the past, we have recommended it to many family and friends. Currently, we would still recommend, but provide caution regarding the current community.

Parking policies, barking dogs, kennel-like hallways, failure to maintain security (garage door), snow removal on the ramp, cleanliness of the hallways and garages, empty garage cans in garage, animal fee, excuses from the office staff. It's like they never get out of the office to see what the conditions are like.
