Indigo is a great place to live!

It's a nice place, but it isn't cheap. Not all of my friends/family could afford it

I love living here; it is in a really nice location and I feel safe, which is something I was worried about moving from a small town to the cities. I really enjoy that everything is always kept cleanly, the residents respect the building, and the staff respects us.

I would recommend men any anyone to live here it’s beautiful and the question about madness I meant to press five they are great

Honestly new Apartments in less than 2 miles are cleaner and cheaper. Garages are FILTHY Carpet in halls are GILTHY Door Jams FILTHY.

MY APARTMENT SMELLS LIKE SEWER! SINK BACK UP I AM VLEANING MYSELF proper drainage PROBLEM FOR SURE. Wasps EVERYWHERE Trash Receptacles NEVER EVER HAVE BEEN CLEANED. DISGUSTING I HAVE PICTURES

All service requests are handled quickly.

I do like living here and I appreciate the front office and maintenance staff very much. However, I still have concerns about the cleanliness of the stairways, garage, and garbage chute rooms. I know the staff cannot be everywhere all the time. I just wish there were more garbage cans at the parking garage doors and that the residents cleaned up after themselves. That said, I have noticed consistency in the staff's efforts, and I highly value their work. Thank you for the opportunity to share my concerns.

The main thing keeping this from a 5 is the price - I dont think the amenities + location demand such a high rent

I would but the dog using the bathroom on the floor of the building, is little discerning.

The recent break ins and the fact that it is impossible to have visitors stay with you

I would recommend indigo because of the home feeling it give especially since originally begin from some where else.

It's a beautiful property and very peaceful

We very rarely recommend anything to anyone. However, if the circumstances presented themselves, we would encourage someone to check it out for themselves or visit us in our apartment.

Upstairs neighbors continue to stomp and run races though they have been talked to on a few occasions.

The only real reason I wouldn’t recommend IndiGo is the price. I just don’t know many people who are willing to spend as much monthly as I do on a living space
