The accommodations are adequate, but nothing out of the ordinary. The area around the community seemed somewhat depressed. The staff seemed alive and caring and supportive of the residents.

The leasing agent was fabulous. She was very bubbly and had a great demeanor with the residents. All of the residents kept approaching her as we walked through the halls. It was very obvious that the leasing agent had a very good genuinely caring relationship with all of the residents. The leasing agent described the apartment community as a true community going over all of the community events and discussing what they do to help the residents. My only reservations about the community would be that the floor of the hallway leading to the elevator looked very old and worn. Also the hallway leading to the apartment was painted all white. The long white hallway almost had an old hospital feel to it. The only thing making the hallway to the model apartment inviting was the ledges outside of each residents door. The ledges that were decorated by the residents gave it a more home like feeling.

The community was beautiful. The grounds were well maintained and the building was secure. The leasing agent was very friendly and full of energy. I was impressed with how she interacted with the residents. The model apartment was beautiful and decorated nicely. There were many amenities within the building that were included in the lease that were impressive.

This is a well maintained community. There are a lot of amenities for all ages and interests. I was impressed with the amount of resident specific amenities such as a garden, a neighborhood watch and weekly gatherings.

This community provides many benefits and features for folks that are ages 55 and up. The clubhouse and apartment units are located inside the same building, allowing easy access for everything. Including the large elevators. This community would be highly recommended for seniors.

I have shopped other senior communities ranging from low to luxury rental rates. This community had the same basic amenities and resident services that the high end communities had. The cost of living in this community was ultra reasonable. Although the model and common areas were traditionally decorated and furnished, the atmosphere was warm and friendly. Observed residents appeared content. The main building was a high rise with controls in place to keep track of who was in the building.

My visit was enjoyable and the leasing professional was a talented representative of the community. He gave me his undivided attention during our visit. He was personable, and I felt comfortable chatting with him. Unfortunately, we did not have much privacy as numerous delivery men entered the office during the qualifying session.
