The community was appealing and seemed to involve activities for the residents. There was a positive and relaxing environment and the community residents and staff appeared friendly. As a real customer perception, the community overall appeared like a place residents would enjoy calling home and would have a sense of satisfaction. I do think that there should be more information in the sales presentations about safety/medical features of the apartment, due to the age range of residents.

I think it is a nice place for a senior. The people seem friendly. Everyone gets along, there can be problems at times. When the resident gets to know you, then can make sure if your not around for a few days, your ok.

None of the entry doors fit well so smells are sometimes very strong in the hallways-i.e.cooking and smoking smells
Unfortunately, Pittsfield Townships fire code requires a gap at the bottom of each apartment door in order to prevent a backdraft in the event of a fire.

I recommend this apartment because I feel safe here, it's convenient, it's quiet and the activities are wonderful.

Some residents are confused about their roles. Neighborhood Watch are supposed to be reporting only suspicious crime. Instead, people are made to feel unwelcome. For instance, a few people believe they should have the same seats each Friday social function, and act as guards.
While it would be nice to sit next to individuals that we don't know in order to give us the opportunity to get to know them better, most people feel more comfortable sitting with their friends and others they may know.

I would recommend Lezington Club, because of staff, neighbors, trying to get my Dad to move in here. We have a really nice library here my Dad lovessels to read.

There are quite a few residents who don't follow the rules. They don't dispose of trash properly, they don't control the actions of their visitors, and they violate parking guidelines. Every resident meeting deals with the same problems.
Very negative. Why are issues never resolved? Or is it that some one is being too picky, petty and negative. I understand if management knows about a situation it is resolved immediately.
