I simply found the rent to be much too high for such an outdated apartment.

The community was attractive and the staff members I met were welcoming and attentive. The switch to new management and their plans for improvements may make it an even more complete and impressive residence.

The community looked very well maintained. It seemed to be a fantastic place to live.
