The leasing professional was extremely engaging and I found myself completely at home while conversing with her. Overall, it was a great experience.

I thought that this was a very attractive property. The setting was wooded and very pleasant. The unit was large, with spacious rooms, a nice kitchen and baths, with large closets. The property sparkled. I also thought that the leasing professional did an excellent job of showing the property to me, explaining the costs, and asking for the sale. She made me comfortable during the process, and I came away feeling that I could live here.

The leasing agent was very professional and courteous. She was very good with building rapport and talking about things that interest you and how to relate that to living there. She found that I like Chipolte and recommened the one nearby. The property is very nice and the renovated apartments as Crystal described would definitely be of interest. If I was really looking to move, she would have sold me.

Just entering the property, I liked it immediately. The exterior curb appeal kept improving as I toured. The amenities were great, but the landscaping detail makes everything look even better. The leasing professional was focused on learning whatever seemed most important to me, and then customizing solutions to fit my needs.

I love the whole overview of the property. The leasing office, the clubhouse and the amenities were well maintained and very clean.

The amenities and upkeep of the community were great. The apartment was in great shape and had an attractive floor plan. However, I felt like the cost, which did not include heat and hot water, was high. My opinion might have been shifted if the appliances were all energy star rated, or I knew more about the heating system, but these details were not offered. I feel like this property may be a good value for my money, but I am not sure, because the agent did not address this when I asked about utilities.

When I visited the community, I was amazed as to how well the office was decorated. I was ready to move in the apartment that had been showed to me because it was decorated in a way that got me daydreaming about living there. I liked the exercise area and the basketball room. The community was pleasant, very quiet, clean and just inspiring.
