Since I haven't lived anywhere but Flander's Hill, how can I possibly answer the last question?

Good community to live.

I truly did like what the property had to offer, and if it would be on my top three list. The leasing professional was quiet and did not ask my needs.

The leasing agent was very personable and pleasant, and showed me through the community well. The community itself was beautiful, and I would be quite happy living there.

I would say that the apartments are beautiful and spacious! The staff are wonderful and helpful and Jen and Paula In Westborough are two of the nicest sweetest woman.

Unfortunately it is continuing to disappoint, hopefully things will turn around this year. The clean-up after the last snow storm was very poor. In the past, immediately after a storm they would be plowing the spaces as everyone moved their cars. The spaces have yet to be plowed and residents are starting to put patio furniture in spaces to save them since there is not enough parking to begin with in the lot for building 1100. For those of us with small cars, it is going to become a problem as the leftover snow hardens into ice and begins scraping the bottoms of our cars as we attempt to pull in and out of spaces.

This community is very beautiful and very enticing. The amenities are outstanding, and my tour was terrific.

I have lived here since it was an Avalon Property. At first, Avalon was fine but within 2 months all the personnel had changed and the new staff, as well as their level of service, was horrible. When Lincoln took over, services, courtesy and a very pro-active staff have mad Flanders a much nicer place to live.

The community offered many amenities that the whole family would enjoy. The property was clean and well maintained. It was in a nice area. I thought the apartments were a little on the small side, but I would probably still recommend them.

I was really impressed by the size and construction of the apartment. If I did decide moving it would be because of the product and not the leasing professional's presentation. She did not get me excited or create any sense of urgency. The community was nice, but she failed to create any value in her product.

This property would sell itself to potential renters. The location is perfect for commuters and the grounds were meticulously maintained. The amenities were plentiful and all were a cut above the usual. The model showed beautifully. The price was reasonable for the area.

Paula was very friendly. As soon as I got to the main entrance, she was already there to greet me. I was very pleased with her attitude. She led the conversation very well. She also did a great job in explaining all my options. She learned all my preferences by creating a great rapport, and always keeping good eye contact with me.
