Getting to Hull can be an adventure on its own, but that quickly changes when entering the community. The entrance is welcoming, and the drive is surround by lush colorful landscaping. There is ample parking. The exterior of the units have a quaint New England feel, and the interiors have been recently updated with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and cabinets. Baths are large with plenty of storage. The clubhouse and pool areas are wonderful amenities. Overall, this would be a nice place to call home.

This property appears to be a wonderful place to live, with all the amenities I would expect. The agent was warm and friendly, and really took the time to make me feel welcomed. The recent renovations, really make the property one that stands out in my mind. There were new appliances, new carpet and large closets. I especially love the dining room light fixture! The proximity to the beach, and night life is also quite appealing.

The leasing professional truly loved his job. He was very detailed in his presentation. He pointed out every amenity and gave me an overview of all costs associated with living here. He was truly a joy to tour with.

The Estates were a credit to their name. The apartments were modern and very refreshing. If I had to move, I would want to live here.

The property was quite attractive inside and out. The fitness center was modern and clean. The heated pool was large and also came with a jacuzzi. There were garages available if needed. All the apartments were wired for cable and full central air. The common areas were clean and nicely maintained. The leasing agent was friendly, professional, and energetic. I felt very comfortable speaking with him. The rental rates are comparable to those apartments similar in amenities and quality.

The community was impressive, and it offers everything a resident could want plus more. The community was within walking distance to the beach. I would love to live there.

The leasing agent did creat a very good rapport, on his greeting he stand up , shake my hands, introduce himself, ask my name and how he would help me today,in very detailed the obtneid my needs and preference, also by gathring my information he learn, about me and my family, mention about the close shop, and restaurant and what bringing me to the area.

The complex itself is exquiste. It is in a beautiful location and has gorgeous landscaping. The pool was outstanding and resort-like. The clubhouse was vey nice along with the fitness center. The apartment was just ok.

I would recommend this property. I thought it had a nice appearance. The amenities, in particular the pool, were quite nice. There were some weeds and some concrete cracks in several locations. The interior was quite nice - the thick countertops and amount of room seemed quite adequate.

The leasing professional was exceptional is his presentation. I think this was because he truly loved the property and was so happy with the management and his team. He lives in Hull and naturally just loves the community. Since I told him I had lived there in the summers as a child, we had so much to talk about. This conversation just pulled me in. He set up the wonderful, easy living in a stunning unit with how great it was that I would be minutes away from walking on the beach. I wanted to move in immediately. He overcame my concerns about first floor living with the presentation of the corner townhouse. From the virtual tour of the unit and the description of the upgraded kitchen, bath, lighting and unit as a whole, I was sold. I liked the fact that David conveyed his respect for the management company and owners. He talked about all that they were planning to do to improve the community. I loved the decor of community room; it was so beachy. David sincerely wanted me to call this property my home. He was aggressive in a subtle way. This was a great experience.

It was a great community. The agent made the community seem that much more suitable to live in. He was quite genuine and well mannered. The community was beautifully kept clean, and I loved the outdoorsy feel.
