This community truly embodied the coastal feel of the town it was located in. The decor throughout the property was consistently fresh and appealing. The pool and patio were absolutely beautiful. I did think the price of the apartment was slightly high. The walkway leading into the apartment could have been a little cleaner, and the balcony off the apartment could use some fresh paint or an extra cleaning. Overall, I really liked this community and was pleased with the friendliness of the agent I encountered.

The staff was very professional yet also warm and inviting. I was confident the leasing professional knew what she was doing and could handle any situation that came up. The grounds were surprisingly neat and manicured considering the extreme winter we had. The grass was green, raked and looked healthy and the streets were clear. I was impressed by the spaciousness of the apartment I viewed and the amount of storage. I liked how it was laid out and felt it offered a lot of options in terms of utilizing the space. I especially liked the private entrance. The proximity to the shore was fantastic while it was set back enough from the road to be quiet and peaceful.

I liked the property and the apartment I viewed. It was hard to get a feel for what the pool and grounds would look like, because we still had so much snow on the ground. The office area and community room was impeccable and beautifully decorated. The apartment I viewed was beautiful. A little pricey, but quite nice with the granite counter tops and updated appliances. Also, the fact that it was two minutes from the beach. The sales person was very nice. He had only been there a month, but did a good job going through everything.

Overall, the community was in a great location, and a fun setting, situated in green surroundings. The agent was able to present the community and its amenities in an inviting manner.

I would be very tempted to move in this community. The apartments have a uniqueness about them that I have not seen anywhere else. When you walk in them you truly feel at home. The associate was charming and truly wanted me to feel at home.

Based on the leasing agent's presentation of the apartment community, I would be likely to rent an apartment. The leasing agent focused on what I specifically wanted and was looking for in an apartment and talked about how the apartment fit my criteria.

This is a very well sought out location. It is close to the beach and located near shopping and restaurants. It is a very nice and appealing community with recent upgrades. The property is very clean and well taken care of.

I thought the rent was somewhat high, but the loft apartment offered lots of space and was very appealing.

Excellent and the best in this area but the rent increases are becoming way too high for what's offered! Look around and compare first or buy a house.
