The upkeep of both the grounds of this community, as well as the apartment itself was outstanding. I appreciated the leasing agent getting to know me and my needs, before making a specific apartment recommendation to me. I could see myself and my dog being comfortable here for a long time, especially with the convenience of the location.

The apartment shown was very nice. The property was flawless and the amenties were very well kept.

I felt like I was at a four star destination resort. The environment was very peaceful. The location was just minutes away from the beach. In Addition, it was close to the city. Due to my experience I was ready to move-in right after the tour. I highly recommend the community to all of my family, friends and to those that are definitely looking for a resort experience.

I was thoroughly impressed with the office, as I walked in. I was very happy with the amenities as well. I was surprised at how big the apartment was, and was even more surprised that something so close to the water could be affordable. The leasing agent was very friendly and good at her job. I thanked her for being so helpful and kind!

My perceptions of this apartment community were very positive. I liked the care the management company was providing. I liked the apartment community size, location and the few amenities available. The location was good, making it a community I would like to live in.

If I could live down there and make a decent living I would. The area and community were full of wonderful views. The community was clean and neat.

Overall, this is a nice community that I would not mind living in. The amenities are a bit lacking and there should be more to offer to the residents.

Love living here. Everyone is friendly. Well maintained property and all issues addressed timely. Only negative is living on first floor, you can hear your neighbors on second floor which can be loud if children involved.

The agent was wonderful. The lower level apartment was very undesirable because I could hear people walking above me. That would drive me crazy. Most of the apartments faced into the parking lot. I was shown the largest apartment, yet it seemed very small to me. I did not know how I would fit my bedroom furniture in it.

The community was close to a world renowned beach and was generally in a tourist area. The agent did an excellent job during the telephone interview and the community tour.

I would be very happy to call the community home. It was beautifully designed with modern amenities. The location was perfect and the pool and spa were huge selling points. The community as a whole would be described as upscale and high end. I would love to live there.
