It is a safe community, the units are nice, even if not the most up to date, and the price is reasonable.
Thank you for your positive review of The Park at Eagle Creek. We are in the process of renovating our community to update the homes so that they are modern and appealing to all residents. We are trying to keep budgets in mind, and we appreciate that you feel the price is reasonable. As we are improving our resident services, it is with great residents such as yourself that makes our community a great place to call home!

I like the apartments even though they're outdated, but the fact that my place was broken into makes it unlikely that I would highly recommend them to my friends.
We are so sorry that your home was broken into during your residency here at the Park at Eagle Creek. Please remember though, crime has no address and unfortunately happens everywhere. Also, make sure that no doors are left unlocked and safety anywhere can never be taken for granted. Even though our community is now 20 years young, we are in the process of renovating all of our homes including granite countertops, new appliances, new flooring and updated light and plumbing fixtures and hardware. This will only help to increase the value of living at our community. Centrally located to everywhere you're going, The Park at Eagle Creek is a great place to call home.

The new management has tarnished my impression of the park. Maintenance had been the worst factor in my decision to not remain a resident/recommend this apartment to others
I understand how frustrated you are with the maintenance at the Park at Eagle Creek. Please know that we are trying to improve the situation as quickly as possible. It is our policy that all maintenance requests be completed within 24 to 48 hours and if not, you should expect communication as to why the delay. I am so sorry that you are disappointed and we have failed your expectations. However, please be advised that we are working diligently to make sure that this is not a reoccurrence in the future for you or anyone at the Park at Eagle Creek.

It's a great place to live, a little too far for me but in this area I would highly recommend it.
Thank you for the positive review of our property. Our community is undergoing several changes and improvements especially our efforts at improving resident service to our valued residents such as yourself. You state that it is a little far out but we are glad that you have chosen our community as it offers luxury living in a location that is easily accessible to all areas of Indianapolis. You could have lived anywhere, but we are glad you have and continued to call the Park at Eagle Creek your home!

I would recommend because the amenities are good. However, I would tell them that communication with residents can be poor.
I know that it has been very frustrating with the new management company and staff at the Park at Eagle Creek. Please be assured that we have new management and team in place that we hope are here for the long term. I am sorry that with all of the change, that the communication has not been a positive experience. We also are sorry that it has left you disappointed in your experience with our community. We are trying to step up our game and provide a more positive resident experience for you. If there is anything that we can do to help keep the lines of communication open with you, we will most certainly comply.

I love the location, and I like the apartments but I can see that the complex as a whole could use some overall maintenance (exterior repairs, painting, etc.). I know you've done some big projects, like the roofing, the pool, and the fitness center - and that's great. But other things on the exterior (paint, siding, wood damage) still needs attention. And I realize these problems were probably here before Block took over - deferred maintenance from the previous company. It would be good to know what your plans are. There's been so much turnover in office staff, and not a lot of communication about what's going on at the complex. It's taken a long time for all the details of the change in management companies to work through, and I'm not sure how things will play out yet. I feel like I don't have enough information to answer this question well. I'm still happy with where I'm living, but I want to see how things go once everything settles down a little and there's some consistency.

Pests are a problem inside and outside of the apartment. Changes happen in billing without communication.

I would recommend this community to others because I do enjoy living here. It is quiet and everyone around seems pretty nice. However, I would not recommend this apartment because the market value price is very expensive. These apartments are now becoming more than most families mortgages. That is very expensive for the little amount of space they have.

There have been numerous problems since the transference to the new management. It is difficult to determine how much I actually owe each month. Autopay on the web site does not work, I have to pay manually. Hard to get hold of the staff, often get an answering machine. The staff are very nice when I am able to reach them and attempt to be helpful. I hope that it will improve.
