The rate is too high for the amount of garbage overflowing. The potholes are ridiculous, however we do feel safe and enjoy the landscaping.

I personally like that it's close to EC b/c I'm a runner - and it's also close to where I swim (Healthplex). It's an easy hop on to I-65 or 465, too. Nice and quiet out here.

The maintenance requests that were made were never completely resolved. I’m tired of putting in the same requests to have to put that in again after a few days/weeks.

The management is extremely kind and knows me by name. The apartments have plenty of room and storage for the price. I especially love the laundry room and closets.

I have lived here for over 5 years and nothing has been replaced. New renters are treated to new carpets and upgraded facilities/equipment. Things barely work here.
