From day 1....i had to call the day I was moving in, to see if I was moving in that day. Didnât get the apartment i looked at online.

Horrible staff, my car was vandalized and nothing was done. Horrible living experience

I am so sorry to hear that you've had a less than spectacular living experience with us. Our staff works extremely to make sure our residents are taken care of, but we know we aren't perfect and appreciate the feedback for improvement.
While we wish that we could control every situation and guarantee that vandalism never occurs- crime has no address and can happen anywhere. We make every reasonable attempt to maintain the safety and security of our community by offering well-lit parking lots, proper residential screening and an established relationship with our local officers. We have requested additional patrols by our local officers and invited them to enjoy our coffee bar anytime! Although this doesn’t fix the situation that occurred with your vehicle, I hope that gives you some reassurance that we take pride in our community. Friendly, safe, close to the park. Only downside is the noise from 56th and the on-ramp/Interstate. But, if I had an apartment not next to those things, it might not be heard as much.

The apartment was painted very poorly and was very dirty. The prior occupants dishes were still in the dishwasher.
