The community is located in close proximity to many large corporate businesses, shopping, and neighborhood conveniences. The exterior and interior areas in the community are well maintained. The clubhouse is inviting as it has been currently remodeled and has an attractive, modern decor.

The amenities were just like any other apartment community. The fitness center was a little nicer than most, and I liked that it was 24 hour. It was hard to know if the grounds are kept up well because everything was covered in snow. The leasing professional seemed robotic and did not try to get to know me or tailor the presentation to my needs. I thought the rent was a little high for what they offered, but it was not outrageous.

The community was nice and I would recommend it to friends and family.

Both the interior and exterior were very clean and well maintained. The agent was very friendly and helpful. She was very knowledgeable and professional.

That the highway noise is loud and that the office staff needs training in customer service. Every interaction I have had with the office staff has made things more difficult. I had an insurance claim several months ago where I was told the carpet in my apartment needed to be replaced. They were unaccommodating on days to have it done. I was also told the living room and bedroom carpet needed to be done even though the damage was in the living room. Well the living room was done, and the bedroom was done several days later. The days where the old and the new carpet were there, you could see no difference. The office told me that if the carpet in the living room was just patched that it would be obvious and would need to be replaced when I leave. However the carpet guy unknowingly let it slip that he could patch the carpet and you wouldn't be able to tell the difference. Know I am trying to move into a new place and they need information from the office staff. The new place was told they cant release any information to them because I haven't given them "official" notice that I am leaving. However I have stopped into the office, received the paperwork I need to notify the office, and a note was supposed to be entered into my account that I am going to be leaving. It almost seems like the office staff does whatever they can to make everything more difficult for their tenants.

That being said, every interaction I have had with the maintenance staff has been the opposite. They have responded quickly, and done anything I have asked and have always tried to help.

The community was very nice with many resident activities.

I do not like the floorplans and there is too much landscaping noise, also there is not enough insulation for windows and doors which makes the noise even more intrusive, including constant noise of cars and trucks on Naperville Rd. Building are too close together to the point i have no privacy in my apartment. My apartment has two garages directly below it which wakes me up every morning. Good kitchen appliances, good place to live if you will never spend time at home.

I had great customer service. The leasing agent wanted to make sure she understood what I wanted in an apartment and to make sure that the community was going to meet my needs. The amenities they offer are accommodating. Overall, the community was awesome and a place that I can see myself living at and would highly recommend to family or friends who were looking for a place.

It was a lovely community and very nice apartments. It is a little on the high priced side, but I guess it is due to location. Being handicapped, I would like to see more ways of accessibility to upper floors in apartment buildings, such as retractable chair lifts on the stairs.

If you can't but and want to live in Naperville it may be your best option, but if Naperville is not essential there are better values.

I would definitely live at this community and recommend to others. The community was very well managed and the staff was great, and had good customer service on telephone and in person. I felt very welcomed here.

I felt the presentation was very pleasant and the community appeared to be very well maintained and operated. I would not hesitate to live in a nice community such as this one.

From a flat tire assistance to what I experienced today, allows me to feel safe and know I am a part of this community.

Today, especially, was very special. I am brushing off the snow from my car and tried my best to shovel the ground around my car. One maintenance crewman insisted to shovel for me, even though he was to go home due to bad weather.

There are other stories of how the Maintenance team goes above and beyond, but today solidified their dedication to help in any condition.

Lincoln at the Parks has a lot going for it. It is quiet, plenty of parking, easily accessible and very clean. Amenities like the clubhouse, workout room and common areas are all nice and up to date. It is expensive compared to what I am used to but not for the area it is located. Any time I need maintenance done it is done quickly the same or next day. Even though they allow pets I have never had a problem with pet related noise. The staff is very nice and extremely responsive. I have had a great experience with this complex.
