Great place to live, I love Lincoln at the Parks, the girls are so well organized and friendly and if you need help they are there for you. Plus the parties are good too
Property overall is good
There is parking shortage in front of 1928 Carlsbad circle apartment. Some days I have park in front of 1952.

The community gave a very warm and homey feeling and the amenities and features were everything that I would want in an apartment home. The leasing agent was professional and helpful. I would definitely see myself living there and would recommend the community to family and friends.
Good and Bad
In general it is a good place to live, but I have a real issue with HVAC capacity, billing and I think it is a little overpriced.

i love the place, its close to our work and convenient. So far its a nice environment to live for me and my wife.
Good property to live at
For the cost of rent I believe the quality of the building should be top notch. For example, the wood around the front door and column posts shouldn't be rotting out.

Overall
Great property Love the upgraded features and layout of the property. The staff is great to work with and maintenance is taken care of promptly. I would highly recommend the property to any interested. The gym and pool areas are well maintained. I really like how quiet the rooms are, can't hear noise apartment to apartment only from the hallway.

The property itself was very nice. The apartments were adequate, but slightly dated. A cabinet in the one apartment clearly needed to be fixed. For the amount of rent charged, this would not be my first choice.

I was impressed with the leasing professional. She was very persuasive and personable. The community was very nice and the location was excellent. The apartment was average. It was kind of small. I was not that impressed.
