This property is nicely maintained, has nice conference and party rooms and is close to Lake Michigan. The public transportation is within walking distance.

I would recommend that with the pricing it would be worthwhile for every apartment to have a washer/dryer. I love the garage and the rooftop pool. I loved that restaurants and grocery were right next door or just across the street. I would also say that the views on the higher floors are spectacular!

The apartment community is well situated near the university campus, dining, grocery stores, shopping, bars and the lakefront. The community offers great views of the city and lakefront. The amenities are spotless.

I would tell them it's a nice place, with friendly staff and in a great location. I think the price for parking there is outrageous however, especially when compared to neighboring Evanston Place. I see no reason anyone would ever pay 135 a month at Park Evanston over the 85 a month at Evanston Place. It's cool that it has a pool on the roof I wish it opened a little earlier though.

The community was obviously a luxury community, as the common areas and amenities were maintained to such a high standard. The leasing agents acted in a polite and professional manner and appeared genuinely interested in assisting with leasing needs for customers. The views from the apartments were very nice.

Overall, I like living here. Great location, pretty good services. Downside? I hate that the building allows smoking in apartments. It is disgusting as I live across from a chain smoker and constantly have to deal with the second hand smoke and smell. Management has not been helpful in this regard. I would recommend living somewhere else like Optima Horizons for this reason alone in addition to getting a much better deal for your money.

I would recommend the community because of the great location in downtown Evanston.

My daughter lives there while she attends Northwestern, I would tell other parents that the view and amenities are excellent but the stress of dealing with issues might not be worth it. Honestly I would recommend Park Evanston, with the caveat that you have to be on top of every single step of the move in process or you will end up frustrated, and spend extra money to fix issues.

There are many appealing amenities, especially the rather unusual inclusion of conference rooms that can be booked. The rent is a little high for the amenities, however, there are places closer to the city that offer very similar amenities and are also about the same money.

In the center of Evanston, you have this nice 12 story apartment building with spacious units and great views. There is plenty to see and do in the area that is walking distance. If you have a car, it is an extra $135 a month.

This community is neat and clean, but seemed to be on the older side. While there is a pool on the roof and the views are great, the size of the apartment is small for the cost.

I really enjoyed the area and the view's from this building. I would have also liked to have seen the resident parking.

I think charging for heat and water plus rent is a bit outrageous.

It offers all the amenities, a beautiful view and fabulous rooftop pool.
