My first concern was that the prices they were asking for the apartments was ridiculous. I understand that location and the view was everything, but the apartments needed updating everywhere. The actual property was clean and well taken care of. I feel that the area was safe and with a guard at the door 24/7, that made safety somewhat worthwhile.

I would recommend this community to family and friends because of the location.

My overall impression of this community was above average. The community was clean and well maintained and the staff member took pride in his work, while making sure I become a satisfied potential resident.

The lobby and elevator area was very nice and made a good impression. The leasing office, business area and community center was dated. The apartment closet spacing was plentiful, and the view was amazing.

The community is in a great location. However, the apartments are very outdated, so I felt they were over priced solely for this reason. I feel if they were renovated with different cabinetry, flooring, and appliances they would provide more value for the rent and be able to obtain a higher rent than they are today.

The floor to ceiling windows in the apartment was amazing. The views of the city were awesome.

The facility was good. All of the passways that I encountered were clean and neat. I did not see any visible staining on carpeting or vinyl flooring. There were no smudges on any walls nor cobwebs in corners. The concierge was pleasant and polite as were the additional staff that I encountered. They were friendly and sociable. The agent was very professional and pleasant. I would have liked if he were slightly more assertive concerning his rapport building skills, and he is encouraged to enhance them by initiating conversation during the walk through. He needs to understand that it is okay for small talk, and if he encounters a client that is introverted, he will be able to read the body language. In sales, initiating communication will help him become more proficient at rapport building. Once he enhances his rapport building skill set, he will then be confident enough to strengthen his assumptive sales technique. He has the ability to excel in these areas, and he is encouraged to continue his efforts. Other than that, my customer experience was a positive one, and I would be happy to live at The Park Evanston Apartments. Good effort!

I thought the apartment community was very well maintained and had a city vibe that was interesting.

The rental rate was too high for the size and features of the apartment. Plus, the administrative fee was also expensive.

The amenities in the building were great. There were many very nice features. The apartment itself was too small for my needs, and the two bedroom would not be available in my time frame. I especially liked the security aspect of the building and knew that it would offer peace of mind for my partner. All of my questions were answered promptly without hesitation. I felt like I had a open and honest presentation of what the building would be like to live in.

It felt good to have a leasing associate who was dedicated to finding the perfect apartment for me. Once I took the tour of the model apartment, I actually pictured myself residing at community.

I would like to lease at this community. It is very clean and friendly. I love the view and I like the amenities. The staff was professional and they were upbeat and friendly.

The community has a lot to offer and the roof top pool is very nice.
