I have recommend it to a few people, but now I would warn them of what floor the should move to because the people who live over me are my nightmare.
We do like your recommendations and thank you for those. Indeed higher floors can help you not have a neighbor above. Yes the first floor has advantages also with carrying groceries and so on.

The walls and ceilings are thin. Unfortunately, I can hear more than I would prefer from my neighbors and I am sure that they feel the same. Conversations, walking, vaccuming, dog barking are all heard very clearly from above and below.

My family and friends already know I am counting the days until my lease is up so I don't think they would even consider this apartment a viable or realistic option for themselves.

We felt lucky to have found this place we call now home after we sold our house. We get what we paid for and more. The ambience of the community is excellent. The place we have is perfect. The care and maintenance of the building and community is superb. We commend their line of communication with all the residents. We're are always updated with the everything that's going on in the community... All in all.. We're happy and hoping to stay longer if we can... Thanks!!!

The quality of the building lacks noise reduction. The floors and walls are not made well to prevent hearing the next door or up stairs neighbor (horrible). The floors should have been real wood and not laminate. Keys are needed for tenants just in case the power is out (walking dog and could not access re entry due to fob did not work therefore leaving me outside in the cold for about 30 minutes. Lastly, the snow plowing was horrible.
