This has been by far the worse living experience this year, my apartment when rented everything was broken I had to
Put numerous service tickets from the toilet to the washer and dryer and dish washer just on the first day. Then the ac was poorly maintenance and broke during summer, spend a whole night on the heat. The flooring was scratched, there was paint all over the floor and the cabinets are falling apart. There are numerous of parties from this standard of living you think would not happened anouarlet section 8 homes. The halls smell like weed and mildew the worse.

The Rental Rates are High and I do realize that Everything has gone Up but I am not sure Why the Rates have to be so High

I have shared my experience with others and others agree for my reasoning. Also, I have spoke with neighbors who feel the same about living in the community.

Loud neighbors and their company, do poop and urine everywhere and extremely high rent for the disruptive environment.

I would not recommend the apartment community because we’ve seen a drastic decline in the clientele. People are abusing the beautiful grounds and amenities and it seems like nothing can be done about it.

I will only recommend a 3rd floor unit (too noisy living under another tenant here) and not to live off Janes Ave., due to the loud traffic that has many speeders.

Too expensive for area and space

It is safe, new, comfortable.

The place is great, but I'm leaning negative because of insane wild fluctuations in rent depending on time of year and supply. These are peoples' homes... not a stock.

Its been 3 years we are leaving here and 2 of our friends moved here after us recommending this place

staff maintance and neighbors are very friendly

too many dogs and dogs' waste...

The walls are just too thin. No elevators are really problematic.

Because it's a nice quite and friendly environment to live in
