This is a fine complex to live in.
I would tell them that there are a lot of bugs, and that you can often hear your neighbors outside talking or their music playing. But other than that the community is well kept and the staff is friendly and helpful. It is a decent place to live, and in a great location.
I think Dunwoody Courtyards is a nice place to stay. The building where I stay is usually very clean and quiet
I would tell that person it is a nice place to stay. However, I believe the rent is expensive for the size of the apartments.
Sub-par
I would tell them not to. The rent is too high and there is no parking space. If it weren't for the convenience of the area I would have moved years ago.
Christi Manning is great Like Belfast too and tall guy
I would tell them that Dunnwoody Courtyards has a really nice staff I love Christi and Belfast and the newer taller guy that lives below me...BUT it is pricey and no utilities are included here. The Apartments could be more sound proof but other than that it's a great place to live.

I would very likely live there. The property was clean and all the shrubs were cut and well kept. The pool was clean and ready to be used. The leasing professional was excited to work and live at the property. The area was closed to shopping.
