Lived here for 3 yrs and liked how they took care of problems promptly UNTIL I told them I won't be renewing my lease. There was a complete change in how they communicated!
Just be ready for it. It's all about the business and they were rude and arrogant. You will be treated like you are no longer a resident. You will also pay for damages that are not your doing because the property is old and falling apart.

I moved to Atlanta in 2011 and been a resident every since. Love the Staff and area.

The Leasing Office and Maintenance Team is amazing. Turnaround time for questions or request are answered promptly. I love the fact that the community is quiet and very diverse – families, students, older and younger residents - which make is great. I LOVE seeing the kids outside playing as you rarely see that anymore. Location is great – 5 - 10 min walk to MARTA My only con is that it’s an older apartment complex but they do a great job maintaining it.

Depending on amenities that you expect things are on the down side, there is 3 washing machines and 3 dryers may be for whole of 100 to 200 residents. Same applies with Gym the number of machines you have is not even one third of the number of people who use it. It is not a gated environment, hence anyone can walk in and out through many ways available in the apartment complex. Maintenance is a good aspect, normally things are done much faster and doesn't have to wait for weeks before some one turns up. People at the front office, Leasing agent and Asst manager are nice people to deal with. Increase in rent is not proportional to the amenities provided. No playgrounds for kids, cramped parking. No common area within the property to gather. Business center is not open all through out and is just a small room with 2 computers. It is relatively an old building.

The apartment community was in a nice area, but very close to a very busy area where traffic was very bad. The rental rate did not match up with the quality and space of the interior of the apartment. Although location was key, I spend a great deal of time in my apartment and no amenity could outweigh the actual living space.

The staff and maintenance are excellent. The apartments need to be updated.

The rental rates for the area were very good. While some apartment features were somewhat dated, the apartments appeared to be very well maintained.

It is a quiet, safe, comfortable place to live.

The community is in a great location, close to good schools, shopping, restaurants, and public transportation.

This community offers plenty of amenities and features that would make it a nice place to call home. The staff is very warm and inviting. I would recommend this community to my friends and family.

I see cigarette butts everywhere, my wife keeps complaining but minimal effort is made to clean the surroundings. There was once a construction of some sort, and there was drilling dust and cement parts around our hall for about 2 weeks. Stairs need to be power-washed more than once a year, and frequent walk-around should be done during the week to maintain these hallway clean. My wife also had a bad experience with one of the Staff members (leasing officer), she treated her with no care or attention to her needs. My experience has been good with all staff members, but this creates a mix feeling in perspective towards the staff.

My Parking space was taken over 10 times since Ive lived here, and the corner parking was very uncomfortable to get into, which made it hard to get in and out of the car, and in and out of the parking space.

I would recommend Dunwoody because of its convenience to the Marta, the gym is nice, and the pool is good. Maintenance response is adequate when I put in a petition (they are quick and resolve all matters).

The place was very nice and the area was very nice. I would recommend this place to my family and friends without a doubt.

The community was nice. The agents were professional.

I would explain to them that I could not use my cell phone in my apartment and had to walk out side to speak on the phone. The MAintnence team was ok and I never had any bad issue but I really do not like the complex after the management change. How can you charge 35 dollor to pay you rent online? My lease i over June 2 and I am already in the process of moving .
