/less rent with good apartments.

The apartments are okay at best. In my years in the apartment there have been no major improvements inside or outside. The performance of the maintenance department has been really subpar. I have left at least 5 request to have my stove looked and have gotten no response. I have been down to the office and made request online and both have not been answered.

The quality of my neighbors has went down since I have moved in. Also little things like the gate has not worked in 3 years in gated community is crazy. Also the solution to fixing the tennis court is to not fix it and just lock everybody out seems a little low rent. Lets not forget in the winter time when its icy that the complex has decided to make no attempt to deal wth the ice on hill and residents are just trapped like rats until the ice melts.

I Like it. I have no problems and if I do, they always fix it in a timely manner.

It is GREAT! My neighbors are great, my apartment is huge, and the maintenance man is ALWAYS there within 10 minutes to fix what you have a problem with. The office never bugs you with annoying checks or stuff, and is always there to answer questions. The best place I have lived yet.

The community is located near lots of shopping and restaurants.

This apartment community was lacking in multiple areas. It was not modern or up to date at all. The leasing professional's nonchalant attitude did not help sell the property at all. Lots of work needs to be done here.
