It wasn't my ideal choice but the move in was quick however it took approximately 6 months to get my lease signed and a copy of my signed lease.

I feel like the the community and the staff would make me comfortable living here.

I would very likely recommend the community based on the customer service provided to me. The leasing professional was sincere, professional, and courteous. The community was well maintained, but the landscaping could have been improved.

I may or may not recommend the community to others.

The leasing professional was pleasant and had a great attitude. She explained they were under renovations, and they needed one. The apartment could use updates, as could the leasing office. The grounds were well maintained and appealing, but once inside the needed improvements show. The amount of rent is considerable but could be better as there were more modern and updated communities nearby offering more competitive rental rates.

The community did not really come across as anything out of the ordinary. The staff were polite and pleasant.

I ve only been here since October 2014, but the apartment is general peaceful. The staff is professional & courteous. I will be glad when the gates are fully functional.

Its an okay place. You just have to ask 6 and 7 times before something gets done in your apartment. That makes me mad.

It s peaceful, quiet, convenient, and overall gives you a chance to lower your rent quite well

My apartment is cute and comfortable. The maintenance guys are great. They re timely and friendly.

The down-side:
Bugs - not as bad after they sprayed, but still around
Rude front desk woman - the staff in the office is mostly friendly
The laundry machines work sometimes
Utility bills are outrageous - $80 for water and sewer for a 1 bedroom and I don t use a lot
They fixed the gates but the entrance is still open 24/7
I can hear everything the neighbors above me do - it sounds like they re moving furniture at 5:30 AM every day.

The customer service was average and the building was also average.

The community was well maintained with notable upgrades. The leasing office staff were warm and hospitable.

i love the apartment that i am in but i would tell them to be prepared for somethings that management could do better. like when your ac goes out and you call at 8:30 pm dont expect it to be fixed till the following morning so you can be in 87 degree heat for a whole night. and when the management wants to change its policies its up to us to find out not management to let us know

This older property was undergoing a face lift so it was a bit out of order. I feel in the future when it is all completed it will be a very nice place to live.

I love it here. Wish the rent did not go up when I am not benefiting from the apartment renovations what-so-ever, but I do love the community
