Apartment Review from an Independent Evaluator

The staff truly cared about the residents. The staff was pleasant and eager to assist. The community grounds were nicely landscaped. The apartments were spacious and cozy, with a homey feel. The apartment homes were conveniently located near shopping, restaurants and the highway.

Property Needs Improvement

Parking - The people around my building tend to all park in the same area. Not your fault though.
Noise- I hear my upstairs neighbors constantly
Grounds- There are just way too much leaves and debris. And the pinestraw is long overdue to be re-laid
Construction- my heater is not installed to standard. There was alot of things wrong with my appartment when I moved in. The bathroom, kitchen and carpt were not all clean and things were not fully operational
maintenance- it takes several requests for someone to come and they usually come late or the next day, if that
staff- has improved some, but the assistant manager is still very impolite
Overall its a fair place to live for the price.

Family-Oriented Environment

Overall I will say I am pleased with the property. Treva is a sweetheart in the office and is very professional. I love the activities that goes on. I do not like that I can hear my neighbors and trash is left on the property. My light in my hallway is broken and no one has come to fix it. Sometime dog poop is left near my door and I have called about it and the lady that I spoke to was not at all concern. I knew she wasn't Treva because Treva would have done something. However, I love my apartment and my daughter has adjusted well to school and friends in the neighborhood and I feel safe.

Convenient

Comfortable

Nice place to live starting out

I like my apartment, I have tried my best to make it as home like as possible. With all things there are a few things that I wish were different but for starting out and this being my first place I've purchased on my own I can't complain. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. The apartment is very easy to keep up and maintenance does take care of problems in a timely fashion.

Affordable comfortable living

It's a nice place to start off with, affordable, nice and clean community. Only suggestion would be to have the gates working on a consistent basis. That is one of the main reasons I chose this place is because I wanted to feel safe with a gated community however if the gates are always broken then that really doesn't make me feel like I'm getting my money's worth. The staff is really friendly, the one and only issue I had they were on it in no time and ever since then I haven't experienced any other issue.

Apartment Review from an Independent Evaluator

I would recommend the community. The location is good. The community also has a warm and welcoming ambiance. The leasing professional also sold the apartment and community to me.

Aggressively Average

I would not recommend anyone to move here. I am planning on moving out when my lease is up. The customer service at the leasing office is terrible. All my requests always take months to fulfill, and questions are answered backhandedly. My first couple of months I moved here i was being billed for having a pet, even though while signing my lease, I had never mentioned anything about having a pet.

Great customer service, family friendly

Nice, quiet community, friendly neighbors, helpful and pleasant leasing staff

I would prefer to live somewhere else

The professionalism of Lincoln Hills apartment complex is very poor, leasing agents do nothing to communicate with tenets. Once they have completed a lease no one takes the extra step to verify that everything is in order with their living quarters. Anytime I enter the leasing office it is such a hassle to communicate with anyone, everyone seems so busy but not helpful. Maintenance is terrible, taking over 2 weeks to communicate with me that they have received my work request, on top of that another 2 weeks until some one even address the issue. I understand that some requests take priority over others but communication is key. I have tried to contact maintenance several times about repairs but alway run into an attitude with a leasing agent who has already put my request in . If I continue to call that means things have not been done.
Like I said, I wish I could live somewhere else. I will not be renewing my lease with Lincoln Hills apartment complex.

Noise and Parking

Parking is limited for my building and it sounds like I have a herd of elephants that live above me.

DECENT PLACE TO LIVE

DECENT PLACE TO LIVE

it's nice to live in if you aren't always home.

over all the apartments are decent. not the best only because i could hear my neighbors stomping around all day everyday i was home really. and the attitude of the people that work here could also be better i mean they are in customer service so they are going to have to put their problems aside.

It's okay. Good location

I'll tell them its convenient and a good price

Major improvement

Its great its a major improvement from a long time ago an i like the new direction the property is taking.
