The property was nice with up to date amenities. The pool area was very nice and well maintained. The price was right for the area.

The community amenities very nice and well maintained. I was disappointed that for the price, the property had no tennis court. The upkeep of the common areas throughout the property was clean. The property was very quiet. The gate was working. I could see myself living there and referring my friends and family to the community.

The apartments are nice and the maintenance staff is great... especially Tony. The front office staff is rude and argumentative. Instructions as to when apartments are to be entered for inspections etc are given in less than 24 hours, sometimes less than 12.... Directions on how the apartment inspections are being done are vague and unclear.

The agent was polite and cordial; however, she did not show an enthusiastic attitude. She did not really sell the apartment or the community. She seemed knowledgeable of the community.
