I love Decatur Crossing. My husband and I feel safe

Peaceful complex with a diverse group of people. No issues with neighbors or leasing office. If you enjoy a low key life style, then this place is for you.

I've enjoyed my time here at Decatur Crossing. My two biggest concerns are the reasons why I will not be renewing my lease. Parking and Noise

Parking-This is a small complex, which I appreciate, however there is not enough available parking for residents. Also, the parking rules are not enforced at all. Many times I come home searching for available spaces and they're occupied by vehicles with no decals. Not acceptable in my opinion.

Noise-I can hear EVERYTHING my upstairs neighbor is doing, especially if I decide to be quiet in my own apartment. I know what time they wake up, when they're in the bathroom, when they are cleaning and vacuuming which occurs at 11pm on weekdays at times , when they're having and argument, and when they have kids over. It really is ridiculous and leads me to believe that there is hardly if any installation between floors to mute the sound.

I can honestly get over the parking, but I can't get over the noise from my neighbors. I can't just paying the raise in rent when I can't find a parking space and I can't have some quiet in my home.

I'd say its a beautiful property but the parking situation is horrible and to make sure to hire somebody to move your car every 3 days while you're away on business so some neighbor with too much time on their hands doesn't file a complaint about your car being parked there too long. Then I'd advise them to make management to show me precisely where in their contract that it states I can't park my car somewhere for too long.

My experiences as a resident here have been very positive and consistent, even with the organizational staffing changes that have occurred through the years. I highly recommend the property. Tony and Trung are GREAT at providing timely responses to maintenance requests. The don't just patch an issue, they actually identify and resolve the root cause.

The Leasing Staff are all responsive to emails, courteous and kind when stopping in for business or just to grab a mint or cup of tea or coffee.

They often hold events for guests that make residing here a pleasure. I highly recommend this property. The only downside that doesn't immediately reflect on the staff here is the rent price increase compared to other properties.

I've been a resident here for 8 years and it's been great for me. However, I'll hopefully be moving into a Loft or Condo within the next year. I hope my new place will be as great as this one.

We've enjoyed living here and have been impressed with how quiet the neighbors are we are on the third floor, which helps . The flat paint on the walls scuff easily, but that is common for apartments. We use the pool and the gym amenities, which are both very nice. The parking closest to our apartment building in the middle of the complex gets full in the evening, but we can usually find one open spot and rarely have to walk too far.

This was truly a great experience. The leasing professional was outstanding. The property had a great curb appeal and the amenities were just wonderful. This property is a great gem and I will be recommending it.

Location is relatively quiet and close to mass transit options. Property is managed beautifully with quick efficient response to any maintenance issues.

Feels like home.. Decatur Crossing is wonderful. Everyone from management, to maintenance, and to the neighbors make this one of the best apartment communities.

Living in a smaller community allows for greater personal attention. The staff is friendly, hard working and attentive. Your needs will be met.

I love living here They take care of everything. The quality of the apartment walls is great, I almost never hear my neighbors. The staff is friendly, approachable, and professional. After deciding that owning a home was just too much upkeep and maintenance for me, I move to apartment living. Decatur Crossing is by far the best apartment complex in which I have ever lived. Noise level is practically zero. Safety is never a question and neighbors are friendly and helpful.

The staff are extremely accommodating to the needs of the residents. The maintenance staff are very responsive and tremendously kind.

If you re looking for a temporary residence or a permanent one, Decatur Crossing has to be the best in the area.

It s is quiet and clean.

The pool was very large and resort style. The apartment was well laid out, with large closets and garden tubs in both of the bathrooms.
