The community was clean and well maintained. The leasing professional was polite and accommodating.

The community was in a good area and was small. The apartments looked spacious on the floor plans and the amenities were nice.

While I did not get to see most of the community amenities, the information I was verbally given allowed me to paint a very clear picture. The community is well kept and the agent was so inviting. He was really engaging throughout our conversation, and spoke highly about the community. Overall I had a really good experience touring this community, and I can see myself living here or even referring them. It is a nice, clean, and quiet community.

I thought the rental rate was too expensive for the quality of the apartment home. The appliances were not updated and nothing was included in the price such as cable, water, alarm, trash, etc. It was not a great value in my opinion.

Since moving in we have had parking issues, the front gate and visitor entry has broken a few times, and I can constantly hear the dog upstairs barking throughout the day and night.

Overall the look of everything is nice, but there are some issues constantly happening.
