I would not recommend this apartment community due to poor infrastructure, thin walls, and floors.

Based on the degradation of the building and the price, renting here is not worth the price. If conditions were restored, it is worth the price

We have made some recent changes onsite which will yield more positive results with the community as a whole AND with the customer experience. Our hopes are that you will begin to fall in love with your HOME all over again. Donât like the fact that you have to have a key to get up and down the elevators itâs a inconvenience for deliveries and visitors and a headache if you leave your key at home

The problem I see with living here is that I do believe the building is secure. The stair doors at the street level in the parking garage never close properly. The gates in the parking garage are always broken. The parking area at the UB level always looks dirty and run down.
Furthermore, I get a feeling that the building will rent to anyone just to cover its costs.
