Vinings Lofts and Apartments offers one, two and three bedroom apartments and lofts with nearby access to The Battery Atlanta. This new community features resort inspired amenities including a private lake, swimming pool, screened in club lounge and outdoor event space. Our apartment homes feature high ceilings, gas ranges, premium quartz countertops, 42 inch flat panel cabinets, stainless steel Whirpool appliances, USB ports, smart locks and Nest thermostats. Our residents enjoy conveniences like nearby shopping and dining, not to mention our onsite restaurants, Highland Bakery and Kale Me Crazy. Tranquility lives right outside our door at Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area which is only half a mile away and includes 80 miles of hiking and biking trails.

Its not the Staff, its the people that live here. They don't take care of things very well. They don't clean after their pets, etc.

people living here seems inconsiderate. lot of problems lately traveling thru parking lot coz of valet parking provided to the business on the ground floor. sometimes long lines of cars.

The caliber of residents has changed since I first moved in. Dogs roam the halls unleashed. Trash is left in the amenity areas, and the halls reek of Marijuana. Management does nothing about it.

The community has gone down hill since signing my lease. Smoke smells take over the hallways and come through my vents. People smoke weed in the alley and I have to keep my windows closed. Cockroaches in the garage and pool is usually very dirty. People bring groups of friends to the pool area and play loud music. Garbage overflows and stinks up the hallways. I felt like the rules used to be very strict and kept people in line. Now it seems everyone just does whatever they want.

Too noisy and too many residents who don't care. Dog waste in the hallways and outdoors that doesn't get picked up. Inconsistent application of policies. All dogs are supposed to have a swab to match DNA if waste is not picked up. I have not talked a single neighbor who has done that and I've not seen a single time a staff member has taken a sample. Nonresponsive night time security. When there's noise at midnight, there's no response or action from the night time line. Frequent leaks in the garage.

Improvements in communication and better upkeep of the community would add value. Initially when I moved in, and under a different management company, I was indeed satisfied.

Initially, I would have recommended this property to others. Now, I definitely would not recommend it due to the marijuana smoking.

Too expensive. Honestly, the pool, gym, and walking track are cool, but not worth the extra rent, especially dealing with all the other stuff I have mentioned above.
