Clean apartments, very service oriented.

Living here has given me an extra 2 hours per day back. Everything I need is within walking distance (grocery, gym, movie theater, restaurants, etc.). This is super convenient.

I have been here for about a month. So far I love the convenience. Apartment homes are well maintained and neighbors are friendly. Everything you could possibly need is at your fingertips. I truley believe that I will love living here.

I would tell them that it is very convenient and the apartments are relatively nice. I have not yet had any maintenance concerns, which is a plus. Noise levels have increased significantly since I moved in in November 2012 and I experienced my first false fire alarm in Feb, which was extremely unpleasant (my ears rang for the next day). It went off again one morning in March, I believe. I'm glad the system works, but the false alarms are disconcerting. There is a good deal of construction noise and at night there is a periodic sound of air or water at the back of the building that lasts for several minutes at a time (I can't figure out what it is). Perhaps because of the building acoustics I can hear any sounds, voices, vehicles, etc. on dog path or road behind the building almost as clearly as if they were inside my apt. My last piece of feedback is about the kitchen sink: It is extremely shallow and because it is divided I can't even fit a large pot in it.

It's pretty quiet with very large floor plans. Occasionally the fire alarms have gone off (which is annoying), but it hasn't happened in a while. The accessibility to the shopping in Town Brookhaven as well as Buckhead (just up the street) is ideal. The location is absolutely perfect and the amenities are very well done.

Its great, but expensive. The gym is great but could be bigger and the treadmills have been broken lately.

centralized and convenient

The leasing professional was undoubtedly one of the best agents I have ever encountered. He had a great personality, made direct eye contact, was swift, listened well, and used some proven selling tactics. He is a game changer for this market and this region may need to rethink some of our tactics because I woke up the next day thinking of how great a salesperson he was and how badly I wanted to give him my money and lease. I do recommend he gather a phone number at minimum to follow up, but I was sold from my first point of contact.

This community offers everything a person could ask for in a home. The community could be compared to the most fabulous resort around. I would definitely recommend this community to my friends and family.

This property had an urban and retro feel. The would be the perfect place for someone who is interested in city living and would like the option of having shopping and restaurants within walking distance. I would recommend this property to anyone who would enjoy this lifestyle and does not mind paying more for it.

I felt welcomed from the first greeting on the telephone to the end of the tour. The property does have a lot to offer at a reasonable price. The leasing professional did a good job of showing the property and pointing out the many features they had to offer. The environment was clean and I liked the modern style.
