The community was clean and well maintained. The leasing professional was friendly and pleasant. I would recommend this community to others. I would consider this community for a personal residence.

This is a great place to live. Awesome location with access to everything you need around you. The employees are nice and are very helpful. Plenty of parking and very modern living... The washer dryers are a little dated and noisy but they work. The units maintain their temperature very well so your heating cooling bills won't break the bank. Hardwood floors and cabinet space are excellent features too. The only drawback is that the walls are very thin so you can hear almost everything your neighbors are doing or talking about. I was told that the building has concrete structure to prevent this but it doesn't help. Overall still a great place to call home.

Love the energy of the place. Something always happening. Great events in the green space. Very good restaurants. The office team is very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

The community is located near plenty of shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The layout of the floor plan makes this community a nice place to call home.

Brookhaven is a great location and this property is right in the heart of it. They have upgraded apartment living and a great location, a winning combination. This is a must see.

This is a must see property for high end living. Everything is within reach such as shopping, entertainment and dining. They are within walking distance and you do not have to take your car. At home, all the amenities will keep you happy and satisfied. Your apartment home has endless possibilities for all decorating tastes.

Higher security would be only improvement I would ask for at The GoodWynn at Town Brookhaven. At our last apartment you had to have a key fob to move the elevator and enter your floor. Right now anyone can piggy-back in with a resident, and then they have access to the entire apartment complex. I wish The Goodwynn at Town Brookhaven would increase the security.

The location was fantastic. Considering the amenities, the upkeep of the community and the many neighborhood conveniences, the price was a good deal.

These new and beautiful apartments are state of the art with concrete floors and walls. It is in a retail shopping area with restaurants and all type of industries such as dentist and salons and grocery stores. One does not have to leave the community unless going to work. I would highly recommend it.

Convenietnt publx and good choice of restaurants. Cheap Costco gas around the corner. Neighbors generally quiet.

Its a beautiful facility and quality fixtures. The staff is excellent. It's just expensive!
