The common area grounds were well kept. The location was attractive due to all of the stores and activities located nearby, actually walking distance. The floor plans were nicely laid out as well. The leasing agent was cordial. She shared key details about each floor plan. Overall, I was impressed with the quality of apartments offered.

The apartment community was a mid-rise that was located in a nice area. The apartment had tile floors and stainless steel appliances. The staff seemed friendly and eager to please. The amenities were convenient and clean. The community access was restricted only to residents. There was easy access to entertainment, shops and dining.

I've been here for a month and love it Great location, nice building and facilities, and the apartments are clean, quiet, bug-free, and very comfortable.

The Goodwynn is the perfect spot in Atlanta. You are right down the road from Buchkead, Perimeter, and all the major highways. You can park your car on a Friday and not move it until Sunday if you want to because of all the places you can walk to in Town Brookhaven. The staff is friendly and they keep the property looking great. I would recommend Goodwynn to all.

I really liked the layout of the community and all of the amenities, but I do feel it was a little over priced for the size apartment you get.

The Goowynn has a great variety of layouts something to suit everyone, amenities are awesome with a multi-level gym, big pool and rooftop sky garden. Leasing and maintenance staff are always very professional, courteous and helpful. There is a great feel of a little community in the building along with an unbeatable location everything you need is on your doorstep.

I love living in The Goodwynn. It's clean, safe, well maintained, amenities are wonderful, and Town Brookhaven is the perfect place to live.

I would tell them its a nice building with nice amenities and as the staff is very accommodating they also leave you to your privacy. Everything is close, convenient, safe and very pet friendly. We really enjoy it
