Don't go for it. Place is overpriced. The renovations are basically just like putting lipstick on a pig.

it's ok, but don't expect them to follow thru on most things, except collecting the money.

Overall this place is not worth the price you pay. I would not recommend living here.
The walls are paper thin and you can literally here every footstep the people above you make. Even if they are light. But if they are heavy and inconsiderate, oh boy, you will understand my pain.

The walls are also poorly made (the entire complex is cheap construction) as you can hear any and all outside noise clearly. 

Maintenance are extremely lazy and cut corners to complete work. The grounds are decent but I've found that they blow leaves off the visible paths right up to my door and do nothing about it. Basically, they care about the appearance for potential renters but cut corners by putting the leaves where potential residents would not look (like at my door!)

Office staff is extremely friendly and professional but in the end you are not living with the office staff and problems with the apartment trump all. You get nickled and dimed for everything. You pay your for water/sewer through the management company and are hence charged an extra $7 "service fee" every month and charged an initial $25 "set up" fee. This is in addition to the taxes/fees through the water company. Basically this intermediary company was set up as a way to get more money out of the renters.

Better to look somewhere else that is a better price and a place where you can get what you pay.

ok but not everything in the apt was ready or working correctly when we moved in. there was a short somewhere in the bedroom. you could smell light smoke in the apt. the lights would work sometimes then not work. when i called in the person that answered said she would put in a work order. the lights to my master bath did not work along with some outlets. other than that everything else is fine. nice and quite community,clean. thanks

I moved here from a three bedroom suburban home, and the transition to an apartment has been fairly easy. There have been some issues with the gates and trash compactor, but I image most facilities have similar issues.

It's a nice complex, very well kept. I love my apartment, and wish I could stay here, but my rent has gone up $100 in 2 years and I just can't afford it anymore.

The apts are nice..community is nice.

BUT there are bugs that may keep you off these apts.

I would say that it is a nice place in a great location. I would tell them I've lived in four units on the property and that two of them were great experiences. The other two (most recent) have had window issues but the staff is trying to fix the problems. The floor plans are spacious and the upgraded units look great. If they fix the window/condensation problem, it's a knock out of the park. I've always had great neighbors that were respectful of the shared wall space. Currently I have a bad egg above me but there's always one.

I would tell them that they will really like the remodeled units but some maintenance orders go unresolved for weeks or months. If you have multiple maintenace requests, they will come in and fix one thing and leave the other request outstanding until you go into the office and inquire about it. The property is nice and clean. Our building is pretty quiet except for the upstairs neighbors. Office staff is very nice.

Great apartment community

It seems to be safe and it is quiet (at least in my building). The apartments are attractive and the location is great. You are close to everything that you need. So far the maintenance has been dealt with swiftly and to my liking.
Overall, it's a good place to live.

I just moved in and I am looking for other places so I can move. I refuse to completely unpack! The people upstairs kids run all the time. It sounds like they will fall through the ceiling at any time. Cheap upgrades! The paint is so dark that they need brighter lights. The ceiling fan lights are not enough. Complete waste of my money!

The community was aesthetic, and the upgrades were very good. The leasing professional made me feel welcomed.
