From the outside I would have past this community up. The view from the outside makes it look old and dated. But after seeing what they have to offer and then touring the inside, it seemed more inviting. After my interaction with the personnel it might be somewhere I would make my home.

The office staff is wonderful and all of our maintenance concerns are addressed very promptly. In January we got a new management company and that has been a rather unpleasant experience and we still aren't fully transitioned, but I'm hoping that there are no more unpleasant changes that come from it.
still a great place to live; transition handled poorly
it's a nice property with spacious loft apartments. our south-facing apartment has a great view of downtown. until recently, the leasing office was open in the evenings so I could pick up packages after work.
