Its a great place to stay, friendly staff and good facilities.

I like living at 1016 Lofts for the most part. It has great open space floor plans inside the apartments and actually has more square footage per room than any other apartment complex around here.Even the new buildings like The Brady, Walton Westside, and Elan Westside have tiny bedrooms and living rooms. However, all the kitchens and bathrooms need to be updated. The pool is not a salt water pool which seems to be a popular amenity these days around this area of town. The fit and finish of the doors and walls is a bit rough in all the apartments I've been in here. They need to seriously gut most of these units and re-build them from scratch. The walls don't even line up as you walk down your hallway. One end is much wider than the other end for example. The noise is a bit of a problem. If you live with a courtyard view, you will hear landscapers blowing leaves and trimming bushes almost every morning. It's very loud and the duration is way too long. If you live on the 10th Street side, you will here 18-Wheeler trucks all day and night travel down the road and screech their brakes since this road is their route to pick up shipping containers from the railroad. The staff is VERY nice and helpful. The maintenance is the BEST I've seen in all my years living in apartments. They are very fast to come over and know how to fix anything without the need for a specialist. This community lacks social events. There is about one social event per year currently. It needs more like every other building around this neighborhood. Taking all this into consideration, 1016 Lofts CANNOT justify charging higher rent prices due to outdated apartments and the lack of some amenities. The other apartment complexes in this neighborhood CAN because they have nicer appointed apartments and amenities.

LIVING AT 1016 LOFTS WAS PRETTY COOL. I ENJOYED THE WORKOUT AREA AND POOL. I WISH THE CLOSETS WERE BIGGER FOR WHAT YOU PAY, BUT THE BALCONIES ARE GREAT VIEWS TO THE POOL AND CITY SKYLINE.

I have been a resident for 6 years. In the beginning it space was used as a work space and then I eventually moved in my unit and love it The staff is very professional and great to work with. I have no problems other than running from dogs without a leash. I really love 1016 Lofts

Just moved a few months back and I love living here. I love the location and haven't had any kind of trouble with parking or neighbors. Overall it's been a pleasure.

The community looked appealing regarding the facilities it had to offer. It also had a secured feel to it. The leasing staff was very warm and friendly. He tried to personalize my visit by telling me about himself, his family, and his siblings. He said his parents were originally from Spain. He seemed genuinely interested in helping to overcome my objections. It was a very good experience. I would have leased there.

you get what you pay for.

Living here has been a breeze. I have hardly any issues and when one does arise it is resolved hastily. The office staff is very helpful and understanding.

From the management to the apartment layout, I have no complaints. Love 1016 and hope to live here for years to come!

The area is rapidly growing with new restaurants and shops. The staff is wonderful and accommodating and genuinely make you feel welcome. The apartments themselves are very reasonably priced. I love this area and I love this complex.

This community is located near plenty of shopping and entertainment. The layout of the apartment makes it a nice place to call home. I would recommend this community to my friends and family.

The leasing agent was very sincere and intelligent in noticing my reactions to what I was liking or not liking. She tailored the presentation to my needs and did not push me for the sale. She made sure I understood all the benefits of living on the property and spent a great deal of time explaining the advantages of living on the property.

What a great area for restaurants and shopping but I was not crazy about the cold concrete walls and floor. However the pool and courtyard area was beautiful and inviting.

1016 is an incredible place to live. The staff is friendly, the maintenance people are timely and helpful, the residents are kind.

I have noticed that the amount of noise pollution in each loft is dependent on the building and the floor. My 10th street side is SUPER loud on the weekend nights but I guess I should have known that!
