I would recommend the community. The service was nice and courteous. The grounds were well kept and nice. The cost was fair considering it’s location.

The leasing professional that I encountered that day made me feel it was a great community to live in. The community also looked well maintained, but I feel the apartments were highly over priced.

I liked the community and thought it was pretty unique. I also thought Lydia did a great job in demonstrating the community.

The leasing agent was very friendly and was able to build a rapport with me. She made everything sound so exciting to live there. She did a great job with helping me see a vision on how to set the apartment up. Her customer service was great. Although the apartment was really nice, her customer service sold me more than the apartment itself.

She encouraged me to apply but did not put me under pressure to do so. The community looked well maintained, and the apartment also looked really nice. I would have leased here.

The community was well maintained and had a special charm of being quiet as explained by Lindsey due to the concrete, kept the apartments cool during the summer and warm during the winter.

My customer experience was welcoming and informative. I learned a lot about the location and surrounding area from the leasing agents.

absolutely love it would recommend to everyone. the staff is incredible, and the location is great. never any problems with bugs.

Parking is okay but people tend to speed through the garage.
Great sound proofing. Rarely hear neighbors unless very loud.
Generally clean but some neighbors leave trash everywhere and in hallways.
Excellent layouts.
Office hours are not great so have to rush home if you work anything more than a 9-5.
Overall one of the better apartments I have lived in.

The facilities are always clean, the cement walls mean I never hear my neighbors, and the location of the complex is within walking distance to great stores and restaurants. I have been very happy with my experience.

I really like living here, everyone is really nice. This is a very dog friendly community, so if you have a dog this is definitely the place for you. Maintenance fixes issues promptly. The leasing office staff is very friendly.

One thing to note is the utilities seem to be a bit high, keep that in mind when planning your budget. Also, I hear my neighbors above me more often than I would think with the apartment being completely concrete. Additionally, I can hear everything happening in the hallway outside of my door...which can be a bit annoying at night.

Its been a very positive experience living at 1016 lofts, i would highly recommend this place.
