The community was a decent place for the price and the amenities offered. The agent was friendly and knowledgeable.

The curb appeal was there. This was a very nice looking community. However, the leasing professional took a laid back approach and did not do much to really sell it. She did not seem to want to put in the effort to show me the amenities of the community even when I expressed an interest in seeing them.

This is a very nice community in a beautiful setting. The layout looks more like a upscale residential neighborhood, than like apartment homes. The location is outstanding with the river on one side and the nature preserve on the other. It is close to the picturesque town of Tarpon Springs, yet set back from the traffic so it seems rural. The units are well kept and the community clean and pleasant.

I felt that this community was trying to make money but wasn't really interested in its residents. I felt that there was not enough staff to help the residents for the issues that they had, and no one spoke Spanish, who could help the one couple that didn't speak Spanish. One person was trying to help at least five people with different needs.

The leasing professional had a great personality. The community was nice and I would probably recommend it to others.

The community had enough amenities to keep anyone satisfied. The community was not too large and was located near stores and restaurants. It was also located close to many beaches. The apartment size and layout worked for small and medium sized furniture and there was ample storage. It was very nice.

The leasing professional was exceptional. I was made to feel that I would be happy moving to the community.

The best part of the apartments were they had Berber carpet and were very clean inside. The outside of the buildings were starting to look a little worn down on the back side of the apartment community. Also, the doors on the apartment homes looked very inexpensive and the color was not very appealing.

I felt we did not connect at all nor did she try to connect with me or get to know me and my wants and desires for an apartment. In the end, Maria did begin to warm up a bit but the majority of the interaction was impersonal and somewhat abrasive.
