Maintenance is a joke, I didn't have a dryer for 3 months because it was broke and couldn't get anyone to fix it however, I was paying rent on it still. And the issues right after move in, were the worst

Being a resident here for the past 8 years, the first 3-4 years were pleasant but since then to now it lacks the means for me to ever recommend this particular property to anyone I know.

Cheap rent is the only plus
We offer many wonderful amenities and are conveniently located in Tarpon Springs. Our floor plans are spacious and accommodating. We apologize if your are dissatisfied with our community. We will continue to improve our resident experiences.

Office an maintenance people are constantly switching employees so unfinished projects go unfinished. Neighbors allow their dogs to deficate in yards but dint clean up. Office an maintenace do nothing an say nothing to owners.

Actually i have in the past spoke nothing but good , and have helped out in telling people about riverside,a few people did sign a lease but came back to me very unsatisfied all i can say is sorry, they said they could not wait until they lease was up, a few people even broke their lease

The apartment place is nice but there is a huge lack of communication between all the staff. It takes forever to get any request done, no one ever calls you back, I have had 3 different maintenance men come to my house for the same problem that was fixed weeks before, they never tell me when they are coming so I don't crate my dog then they tell me they couldnt get in the apartment, my rent issues weren't taken care of until I'd been there several months because no one calls back when they say they will. The list could go on and I've only lived there 4 months

They just trying to get money out of your pocket

The management staff are not helpful I had issues with my neighbors because they were smoking inside the apartment and the fan transfer the smoke inside my apartment and after I left from there and ave them notice and asked if there will be any plenty and they said no you are good I surprised there was a collector asked me for money and after I paid that money I surprised they reported me with bad credit even I paid this money.
You say you had problems were these problems ever solved and did your credit ever get fixed

When I drove in the sign was very pretty and the landscaping was maintained well. I felt it was a clean and attractive community. The pool was large and inviting, and with the fitness center you could get that figure you wanted for the pool. The apartment was a split bed room floor plan that was very useful for many people.
I have a daughter that I would want to use the after school program for. Do youknow anything good or bad about it?
