only because you cant beat the prices for the actually apartment other then maintence bad experience with rugs too

The quality of living is not there anymore it is been replaced by undesirables it is not maintained it is not comfortable when my lease is over I will most likely be leaving

I would because it is in a nice area, and it is close to shopping centers.

For me personally I'm OK with living at Riverside because I WORK and am never home really, but I have become embarrassed to invite family and friends because the pool cannot be enjoyed since some residents do not act in a civil manner.

Maintenance staff goes in your apartment with out notice, they fix your maintenance orders months later.

I tell anyone that I can to never rent here!

Because it is a nice community

The staff was very pleasant and genuine. The community was comprised of different ethnic groups and there were a lot of children and youngsters. Better for family oriented people.

Apartments are cheaply build walls are very thin easy holes in walls, flat paint I can't even wash my walls down, because paint is like chalk it rubs off when u wipe carpet was not cleaned when I moved in, garbage all over the place by dumpster, feces stink as u go outside, and maintenence uses ur personal space to long

The neighbors do not respect other residents. They let their children leave the garbage bags at the dumpster and nasty food is on steps. Residents let their dogs run free and they do not pick up the feces. My neighbors play their music, shout and scream at their child and dog and play their TV loud til about 4am. This does not happen every night but it is quite disturbing when you are sound asleep and then they start shouting. The child screams at his parents late at night. I have lived here 2 yrs and have had 4 different families do this. Disrespectful.

They have nice people and very great maintenance service

The staff is attentive and helpful. The community is well maintained. The amenities enhance the value of the community. The floor plans are large and spacious, making it a great value for anyone searching for a home at an affordable price.

the people that live here let their dogs and children run wild. they throw cigerette butts everywhere and soda cans. they do not pick up their dogs poop

Would not recommend to anyone! The grounds & apartments are beautiful, as long as nothing needs fixed or you don't need help with anything because the staff could not solve a problem if they all worked together.
