This place is run like a dorm. I’ve paid less for nicer buildings. No communication from office on amenities etc. there are so many people living here right now NOT paying rent and the ones that are aren’t getting any breaks

I would not recommend this community because the amenities are not what they promised. They had an apartment we can have friends/ family stay in which lasted only 2 months. When I asked why the lady stated how apartments nearby are affordable. Which is not what I asked. They then promised a discount to the Hampton which I never got.
Elevators are also down a lot they do a great job giving away free flowers but the elevators take two weeks to get fixed.

Great apartments with great amenities. All in a convenient location. The on-site Staff are always helpful.

I wish 3rd st and the streets around the Whitney were more landscaped and maintained like the Edge, the Manor have. We pay a lot of rent and the area around it is still not very nice. Needs to be more pedestrian friendly.

Besides all the "10" I truthfully gave it above, the interior finishes are better than what I have seen in the price range. And I work at Stiles and know what we have built downtown. Cleanliness of the common areas is outstanding barring a few dog mishaps.

I don't want to beat a dead horse. Same reasons as listed above. But it's definitely not personal - Nicole, Matthew, Harold (when he was there), Veronica, the maintenance staff and the housekeeping folks have all been really nice. Nothing but good things to say about all of them.

The amenities are outstanding, the staff is kind, courteous and responsive - they treat the residents (from what I have seen) like family. The people that live here are very friendly and kind to each other, unlike any apartment community in which I have lived in the past. The building views and location are spectacular. The rent is at the high end of my budget but barring any significant rent increases, I can't imagine leaving this community for a long time.

A lot of the rules are not enforced, such as parking properly and cleaning up after pets. Also, parking for guests is not a good process.

The Mgt does not throw out the loud weekenders that do not live here.
