Rent increases are driving beyond value.

Amenities are not up to par with newer buildings in area and price isn’t worth it with new rate hikes.

With the rent increases over the past 12 months the value proposition is off, which I'm sure is reflected in the turnover rate. However with current market conditions LMC does not seem to care and pushes ahead with exorbitant increases without any significant changes in amenities/value. Longterm this is not sustainable and the reputation the Whitney gets under current and ex-tenants is not favorable.

No value received for significant increase in cost for same accommodations and amenities. Paying more to receive packages and now all packages are received with delay or are hot (package handling doesn’t appear climate controlled)… not what a ‘home’ experience should be and cannot provide separate mailing, billing, and shipping addresses to all possible entities that may send items so now unable to receive items at home address according to new system…. Meanwhile: package concierge contract still in place and serves no value to residents and continues to take up space.

Rent has increased to an unacceptable level.

Eliminate the dog park and the smell and this is a 5/5.

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for friendly place to call home. Staff is top notch

Every area of the building and grounds are beautifully maintained and for all the reasons i rated as "10".

HVAC vibrational noise through the walls is pretty bad. I've never heard that in a high-rise building. It was so maddening I had to change units. The dog run needs a lot of help, otherwise it's a great building with a prime location.

Great amenities, location and staff. It could use striver enforcement of rules to keep cleaner - its unfortunate that’s even necessary but that seems to be the case
