It's a bit expensive, but I would recommend this apartment since the rooms are updated and its in a nice location. The amenities are good and the staff are also friendly and responsive.

The apartments are beautiful. They have very nice open floor plans with beautiful views from the balcony. They are the only community I have seen with french doors to the bedroom that gave a resort feel to everyday living!

It has good amenities - parking, gym, pools and concierge service - for a great price considering the area and the staff keep everything nice without interfering too much.

Too expensive, and it's a struggle just to dispose of garbage.

The community offered a range of living spaces. There was adequate parking for residents as well as guests. The main office and lobby areas were upscale and appealing. The off site buildings offered a tailored living space in a park-like setting.

This is a real nice community, well located and attractively landscaped. It has been around for 70 years or so, but the maintenance and upkeep have given it a distinctive charm. It's features are upscale and there are many different floor plans to chose from, with townhomes and mid-rise options. The apartment I saw had two private entrances.

It was a very nice apartment community. I loved the location and there was ample parking. The property was well maintained. The lobby was warm and inviting as well as professional and modern.

The apartment was larger than what I thought. I did not like the washer/dryer exposed, but that was my only complaint.

This is a great area with a lot of Metro stops and it is a beautiful area. It is peaceful and quite. It is not over populated.

This is a beautiful community with elegant appointments (marble, wood, moldings, etc). It is in a good location if you take the bus but not very close to a metro station. I also like open kitchens to the living areas which this did not have. The outdoor pool was exceptional in that it is unusual to have a full size pool in a community like this.

Being a luxury complex, I feel that the high-rise building is maintained better then the other buildings. Walls in the Garden apts. are always marked (as renters move in and out) and carpets in the hallways need to be shampooed.

Sense of a community. Allows pets. Centrally located to Metro.
