The community was lovely. While it was not easy to locate, once I arrived, I was welcomed by a beautiful community. The grounds were neat and clean and filled with many trees and greenery. The feeling I got was one of a very nice hotel. It had a large, modern lobby. Unfortunately, the building does not have very many amenities. The fitness center and the swimming pool were a good distance away from the main building. The swimming pool was small and the fitness center was dark and uninviting. The building itself was missing a place where residents could gather.

The leasing agent was friendly and knowledgeable. She took charge and definitely seemed like an expert. The community was also very nice and well kept. If I was a real customer I would have leased.

Vaughn Place is in a very nice and quiet location. It is very close to retail with great walking space.

The leasing agent tailored his tour to my needs, it made me feel he really cared about what was important to me. He also picked up on needs I did not mention. I told him I was an online student so he was sure to point out the WiFi in the fitness center and the accessibility of the community. He was very accommodating.

The community was older and had been renovated and looked nice. The leasing professional was personable and friendly.

This is a nicely located community in an older neighborhood that boasts older and well shade trees and lots of common space. The property has both a high rise building and more garden style apartments to chose from. Shopping is right around the corner, as is public transport. The service here was great.

The community staff is quite agreedable, and the community location offers many features. Ovearll, it offers very comfortable living.

The community offered a quiet respite in the middle of the busy Wisconsin Avenue corridor. It was a comfortable location offering conveniences as well as transportation nearby. The onsite amenities enhanced the living options provided.

The community was very nice and in a great area. The bedroom in the one bedroom apartment was huge.

It would depend on the price.

Vaughn Place is great community in a very great part of the city.

This was a very nice community and hidden from the city. The greenery was very nice to see in an urban area. The amount of parking that was available was refreshing. The new shopping area will be an added attraction. The concierge was very polite.

It depends who and what they're looking for... again, it's not very "modern" and a bit expensive compared to other newer apartments around the city in somewhat arguably better locations...

Too many dogs . . . . but so far no problem. Maybe better locks on the front doors as well
