The upkeep was nice. The community had a nice ambiance. For the price, I did not see what could be worth that much during my visit. The Leasing Professional was busy.

The signs to the leasing office were clear and visible. The Leasing Professional was ready to help me, and he was friendly. The lobby was clean, organized and well furnished. The community offered many options.

Vaughn place is a nice community that has all you need surrounding it. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable which provides your first known neighbor.

The Leasing Professional was accommodating and friendly. The floor plans were amazing and provided a WOW impact. The Tower was more like a five-star hotel, and the fact that they offered a guest suite for visitors was an awesome perk to being a resident. The location on Wisconsin Avenue was superb, especially if you want to use public transportation. The community also had a private shuttle if you wanted to go to the Tenley Town Metro Station. The apartments had beautiful hardwood floors and varying views of the surrounding area. If you like dining out, this is definitely a great location with numerous restaurants nearby. You also will not be far from Georgetown or Friendship Heights, both great shopping and dining locations. Vaughan Place is a treasure, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new home.

I left with a positive impression. The leasing professional was nice and detailed oriented, and she remembered our phone conversation. She created a nice and friendly atmosphere right away. The community looks great. Nice business room, concierge on duty, shuttle bus to the metro, pool area well maintained and look very attractive.

The Vaughan Place is in a prime area of the city. The staff is professional.

The leasing professional did an exceptional job of presenting the apartments and community. She was very professional and in tune with what the apartment and community offered. She was friendly and articulate. The phone and on-site tour was like talking with a friend. She was not pushy but appeared more concerned that I did not miss out on a great opportunity.

I only saw a few apartments and no amenities.

This was a spectacular community. The setting was close to the grocer, restaurants, the Cathedral, schools and the ballet.

If I were a real customer, I would have leased here. I liked both the apartment home option and the tower. The apartment home, felt like a home, especially the one with the separate entrance. In addition, although I am normally not interested in a bottom level, the two patios would make me think twice. I liked the idea of having a patio in the front and in the back.

Vaughn Place was 1, 2 bedroom apartments near Connecticut Ave. It looked like a high rise apartment but not really. The apartments were nice. It looked brand new. The staff was really nice and friendly. Metro was 10 minutes drive away. They offered free shuttle back forth to Metro. They even had pool and 24 hours fitness center. It seemed like a nice place to live.

The tower and garden apartments are very different, yet very unique in its own way. They have retail and nice amenities to offer, as well. They also provide a shuttle bus Monday through Friday, which is very convenient.

The leasing professional did not connect with me at all.
