My experience throughout the visit was very simplified and comfortable. I received exceptional customer service.

I would say the apartment is great, service is also great, but the property itself has been better maintained.

I had a great experience during my tour today. I thought the community was beautifully maintained, from the apartment itself to all the amenities and the public areas. It was also in a very convenient location, within walking distance of the town center, with easy access to public transportation, major roads and highways, and nearby restaurants and convenience stores. I also thought the staff were friendly, easygoing, and very helpful. They did not hesitate to help me find exactly what I needed, and they answered all of my questions thoroughly and confidently. This community also offered a good variety of amenities, and their community was very affordable compared to some of the other properties I have seen in the area.

The community is well taken care of. The agent I did business was friendly and pleasant.

The leasing professional was a great agent. She did not miss a beat and spoke with me with great respect, asking me where I worked and what brought me to Stamford. She seemed sincere in her interest and demonstrated the apartments well.

Overall, it was a good visit. Although the tour was a bit rushed, the community was nice.

The community is located in downtown. It has conveniences such as the mall and restaurants, within walking distance. There is a shuttle to the train. But, it is downtown and it is noisy.

The community and the apartment exceeded my expectations. It was seductive and appealing and easily sold itself. However, Emily was a true professional. In a thorough and engaging fashion, she highlighted the many benefits of living there. During the presentation, she repeatedly pointed out the superior features of the apartment and the excellent amenities. She created a lovely picture of what life would be living at the community.

The property appeared very upscale. I could see myself living in the community.

I arrived at Glenview a little earlier at 10:20 AM, and waited there until 11:17 am. No one was there. There was another couple visiting the property as well. They left since no leasing agent was available. I felt that I was not welcomed, and I am not a valuable customer to them. They did not have a good sense of customer service.

This is a gorgeous facility. I would love to live in this community. The leasing professional was very professional and he really had a great disposition. The unit was exceptionally clean and well maintained.

The leasing professional was a little aloof and surprised when she saw me, as if she was just remembering. She was chewing gum the entire time which I felt was not so professional and a bit distracting. The agent presented the property very well and explained everything clearly but she did not make me feel special or as if I really wanted to live there. She seemed a little as if she was going through the motions, this was her job. The rapport she developed was limited, but she did seem to understand what I was looking for.

I thought that the property was very appealing. The leasing agent was wonderful and I could tell how much she enjoyed showing the property. She was proud of it. The model shown to me was big and beautiful. The only drawback to me was the high price of the rent and all the extra amenity's charges.

The community was beautiful and they had a lot to offer. There were a lot of amenities, such as an outdoor pool, clubroom, 24 hour fitness center, business center, patio/grills, and a billiards room. There were full size washer/dryers in the apartments. There were two bathrooms in the two bedrooms, walk-in closets in all apartments and balconies. The bedrooms were large, and there was granite counter tops and energy star stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. The community was lavish and relaxing, and I felt it was a good deal for my money.
